Does anyone use the OneTouch Verio Flex meter? I have had this meter since July or August and had been working great for my until I upgraded my phone. I cannot get the app on my iPhone 12 to pair with the meter. I am getting really frustrated about it too. I am still waiting to hear back from LifeScan (the company) about the issue.

Any OneTouch strip is maybe half the cost. It literally is the most accurate monitor and is the only one that would send BGs to my pump for better control and they want to play around because OneTouch is their new preferred company du jour? Horrible.

I called One Touch and that charging port on the side of the meter is not to charge the meter, but it is there to connect to your PC and transfer data. The meter does not accept any charging cords. I’m using the OneTouch Verio Reflect & have been overall satisfied. I’m 6 weeks into testing & have only had like 2 or 3 errors - once from not enough blood when I was still figuring things out, once from taking too long to provide the blood after inserting the strip.

This!! I HATE the Verio flex. I've had this point difference situation happen a few times and told my care team that it's ridiculous that I could have medical decisions made based on a device that's allowed to be inaccurate, especially when their attitude is "a high is a high" ( even by just 2 or 3 points).

I got a OneTouch meter when diagnosed in 2010 (Ultra soft) and it worked flawlessly until the meter calendar did not roll over to 2021. I switched to the OneTouch Verio and HATE it. I've had more strip issues in one year with the Verio Strips than I had in 10 years with the UltraSoft.

This looks like a OneTouch Verio Flex based on the error code. https://support.onetouch.com/s/article/OneTouch-Verio-Flex-Error-2 For a newbie, this is usually caused by putting blood on the strip before the meter has told you to do it, or before the strip is put into the meter, or you are using a strip that was already used.
