21 votes, 49 comments. true So, I just recently got Amazon Prime (hence Twitch Prime) and in my subscriptions, it shows I have one free sub. However, when I go to a streamer’s channel, there isn’t any option to subscribe to them for free. It’s not that “Subscribe Free” is greyed out, it’s just not there at all. Any way to fix this?

I got twitch turbo with the conception that it still benefit streamers, but I read that most of the money goes to twitch instead. Truth?

I’m an active sub (not prime) and watch hours almost everyday, I don’t get ads on desktop, but on Xbox I do get ads. Haven’t tried mobile. xQc doesn’t run ads for subs, so it’s weird that it depends on what platform your using to view the stream, definitely a twitch issue Reply reply real_josem30 •

Twitch prime sub says "not yet available" after 3 months of waiting after last prime sub. is this a bug?

There is no box to tick to change it to Prime Sub, and there is no section telling me to "Start Your Trial" in the case I didn't have Prime. My account shows " Free Channel Sub with Prime" in settings under Subscriptions and I have the Twitch Prime icon in chat. There is simply no way to even use it. Archived post.

Hey all, just picked up streaming again and ran into the following issue: people subscribe, they get sub icons and all Twitch doesn't get the subs, no notification etc. I can see that I have 3 Subscriber in my Stream Manager Panel. No, I don’t think I can be gifted a sub to a channel you weren’t watching. If you’ve visited said channel at all in the past, then, your name is added into the visitor log behind the scenes and your name is pulled when they run out of recent or ‘currently viewing’ list.

I am asking for twitch channels, not twitch-global subscription. I am not fan of auto-renew services, are there options to subscribe to a channel and disable auto-subscription? I would like to manually decide if i decide to resubscribe and/or let the sub expire before i re-subscribe.
