About every 3 times I want to view a BBC programme, the Sky Glass wants to sign into iPlayer for no reason. I'm already signed in. Why is this?

On your Sky+ box go to the Catchup section and the BBC menu can be found on the left on the next screen.

Hi does anyone know why BBC iplayer is buffering and freezing internmitently when its played though my skyQ is it a inown issue? all other apps are fine and my connection is fine i have fibre to the prem and having no problems at all. its so annoying having to switch apps.

BBC iPlayer has a habit of stopping in the middle of a programme and switching off. This happens randomly, sometimes after an hour, sometimes a little longer. Any ideas?

The Wimbledon UHD match on screen offering on the live channel to launch iPlayer in UHD or going straight to the app has worked fine first few days of last week choosing UHD for the Wimbledon match and has also been fine last couple of days I have been using it. I remember that last time it took a fix from BBC iPlayer team to fix.

When in BBC IPlayer half way through streaming a programme screen goes black. If I do nothing it stays black. Only way to fix is to put skyq to standby then switch back on, and then reload IPlayer

Hi. I frequently find the BBC iPlayer app will not load properly through Sky Stream. I click on it and can usually sign in then I often get a blank screen rather than the menu or the program I am trying to watch loading. Sometimes I can't get as far as logging in.
